Randy and Brandon have been musical partners and great friends since 1994, when they were attending college together, studying Music at Wesleyan University. Profound mutual respect led to many collaborations, including gigs, theatre productions, and even Brandon recording and producing Randy’s second album, Nag Champa, at his Merlin Pool Music studios in Northhampton, MA, in 1996.
Brandon is also one of Randy’s favorite singer/songwriters and performers, his last album, Should Confusion is an incredible musical journey full of rich lyrics, captivating melodies, and exceptional musicianship. His impact performances, Jukebox Stories, with Prince Gomolvilas, received rave reviews in the Bay Area and had an amazing run in Los Angeles as well, at Genghis Cohen.
Brandon also performs with MC Frontalot, the inventor of nerdcore hip hop, and they will be appearing in Los Angeles Monday, November 24, 2008 at 7pm at the Knitting Factory.
